Lavalin case: CBI says hearing could start from Tuesday

New Delhi: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has told the Supreme Court that it is ready to start hearing in the Lavlin case from Tuesday. The CBI official held discussions with the lawyers in this regard. The other parties informed the court on Tuesday that they were ready for the argument. If some are not currently qualified, they will be given time to enable it.

Vacation rights are the same as for government employees. The Ordinance also stipulates that all employees should be included in the Provident Fund and related pension schemes.

There are currently over 1000 self-financing colleges in the state. The number of teaching and non-teaching staff will be more than 50,000. There are no clear criteria for their eligibility, salary, leave, or job security. In this case, the government’s new move.
As the ordinance came into force, those subject to disciplinary action can appeal to the university while maintaining disciplinary control in the respective managements.

Jayamadhavan’s murder; a Turning point in the case of Koodathil

Thiruvananthapuram: Forensic finding that the death of Jayamadhavan Nair of Karamana family was murder. The district crime branch charged with murder based on a forensic report that the death was not natural. The news of the mysterious deaths of the family in Koodathil was released on News 18 in 2019. The case was first registered by the Karamana police on the complaint of Prasanna Kumariamma, the ex-wife of the deceased Unnikrishnan Nair.

Covid; Curfew again in Maharashtra; Schools closed in Pune

New Delhi: Maharashtra has stepped up against Covid cases. Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has said that a night curfew will be imposed if the cases continue like this.

India-China 10th Command Level Talks Today
