Lucknow: Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has announced that the 2020 Defense Expo will be held in Lucknow. The Expo will be held from five to nine next month.

 Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh is hosting the Defense Expo for the first time. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh said this would be the largest defense exhibition in the country. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Expo. The exhibition will be held on 200 acres. 925 companies including 150 foreign companies are participating in the exhibition. It is estimated that defense ministers and military leaders from 25 countries will be part of the show. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh said 135 countries had been invited to participate in the event and 70 countries had promised to participate in the exhibition so far.

Kochi: Ten accused, including actor Dileep, have been charged with guilty in the attack on the actress. The trial in the case will start on the 28th. Baghdad: Iraq’s capital, Baghdad, is once again on the brink of rising concern in West Asia. The rocket attack took place near the US embassy in Baghdad on Saturday. The Iraqi army said no casualties were reported.

The rocket fired near the US Embassy and the Balad Air Force Base camp. The rockets are believed to have been fired at Celebration Square and Jadria in the highly protected area of Greenzon. The base camp at Balad is a military base set up by US soldiers.
