New Delhi: India’s decision to ban Chinese apps, including TikTok was a digital strike to China, said Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad. India has banned 59 Chinese apps in the wake of the Indo-China border conflict.

The Union minister said the ban on Chinese apps with precise plans. The minister said the ban on Chinese apps was meant to protect the privacy of citizens. He was speaking at a BJP rally in Bengal.

“We see a huge contradiction in Bengal. They have asked why Chinese apps are not banned. Now they ask why these apps are banned. This is quite a contradiction.

“What is happening now is a digital strike. We are in peace with the privacy and security of the citizens. We believe in peace. Remember. ” The Union Minister said.

The Union Minister had said yesterday that the ban on Chinese apps has created a huge opportunity for Indians to come up with their apps. This could end the dependence on foreign companies, he said.

The government has banned 59 Chinese mobile applications following a border dispute with China. India has banned applications including Tik Tok, UC Browser Hello, Xender, and YouCam. Earlier, protests were fierce in many parts of the country, demanding the ban on Chinese applications.

Jayarajan and Benix, who were taken into custody by the Satangulam police in connection with the lockdown violation, died after they were brutally assaulted in custody. It was later revealed that the two men had been brutally beaten up at the police station.

Relatives of Jayarajan and Benix have come forward with serious allegations against the police in connection with the custody death. Relatives point out that it was a collective attack. It is alleged that the Kovilpatti General Hospital has issued a fitness certificate despite being seriously injured.

Following this, the high court had ordered the acquisition of the Tuticorin Satangulam police station. The court order is to hand over the revenue officials to the station where the death occurred. It was because the police were incorporate with the investigation of the magistrate.

New Delhi: The state government has decided to extend lockdown in Tamil Nadu, where the spread of COVID is continuing. Lockdown was extended until July 31st.

The lockdown was called off after Chief Minister Edappadi Palaniswami held discussions with health professionals. The lockdown was extended till July 31 in Maharashtra as well.

In Tamil Nadu, 3949 people were diagnosed with the disease on Monday. So far 86,224 people have contracted the disease in the state. 1141 people have died.
