New Delhi: The Center has announced the maximum amount that can be charged for private hospitals for the Covaxin. According to this, private hospitals can charge up to Rs 1,410 for the Covaxin of Bharat Biotech. The Serum Institute’s Covshield can charge a maximum of Rs 780 per dose and Russia’s Sputnik V vaccine Rs 1145. The Ministry of Health said that the price will be reviewed regularly and action will be taken against those who charge more than the allowable rate.
