In this regard, the National Medical Commission approved the alternative proposal of Ukrainian universities. According to this, students can continue their studies in other countries outside of Ukraine.

The mobility program makes it possible to become a student at a university in Ukraine and then complete your studies in another country. Students are facilitated by the university they are currently studying in.

With the permission of the National Medical Commission, students can directly go to classes in the new semester and continue their studies. About 20,000 students have been relieved of academic mobility proposed by Ukrainian universities.

At the same time, parents and students are worried about the huge increase in fees when transferring to other universities outside Ukraine.

In the first phase, smart travel cards will be implemented in city circular buses. After that, the cards will be made available on city shuttle and city radial services and then on all buses statewide. A maximum of Rs 2000 can be recharged at a time. Also, the cards can be transferred to relatives and friends to get travel tickets. The amount on the card will also be valid for one year.

A case has been registered for human trafficking. The case was registered against 11 people. Their first attempt to cross to Australia from Karakad in Tamil Nadu failed. The first attempt was on August 16.

Kollam police arrested 11 people who tried to cross to Australia by boat. 2 people are natives of Sri Lanka and 9 people are from Sri Lankan refugee camp in Tamil Nadu. There are indications that more people have reached Kollam. The Tamil Nadu QBranch team is interrogating them.

Abhirami was infected with rabies; Confirmed in saliva sample testing

Pathanamthitta: Abhirami (12), who was bitten by a stray dog in Pathanamthitta Ranni, has been confirmed to have rabies. The confirmation was done in the saliva sample test in Pune. Abhirami, who was undergoing treatment at Kottayam Medical College, died today.

Abhirami was in critical condition despite receiving three injections. She was shifted to Kottayam Medical College for specialist treatment but her life could not be saved. The cause of death was the spread of the virus to the brain. Abhirami, a native of Mylapra, Pathanamthitta, was admitted to Kottayam ICH on Saturday. The girl who showed symptoms of rabies was kept alive with the help of a ventilator. She died at 1:45 pm as the virus spread to her brain.

But ICH Superintendent Dr. Jayaprakash said that there was no failure in providing primary treatment. The explanation is that Abhirami’s health condition worsened due to a deep cut below his eye. Health Minister Veena George said that Abhirami’s death is extremely sad and action will be taken if there has been a failure in providing primary treatment at the family health centers.
