Mexico City: 41 people died in a bus accident in Mexico. A bus carrying 48 people crashed into a truck on Saturday morning. 38 passengers, the two drivers of the bus and the truck driver died in the accident.
There were 48 people on the bus. The death toll rose to 41 after the bus caught fire after the accident. The bus belonged to Tours Acosta. Police said 18 skulls were recovered from the scene of the accident.

Three-year-old dies after falling into garbage pit at Nedumbassery airport; Police register case
The Nedumbassery police have registered a case in the tragic death of a three-year-old who fell into a garbage pit near the Kochi Nedumbassery airport. The son of a couple from Rajasthan died. The accident occurred near the domestic terminal of the Nedumbassery airport at around 12:30 pm.
The family had come to have food from a cafe near the terminal. The child went missing while playing in the garden near the cafe with his brother. The parents searched everywhere nearby. Then they informed the police.
During this investigation, the child was found in a garbage pit in the middle of the garden. Although he was immediately taken to the hospital, his life could not be saved. The family had come to Kerala from Rajasthan for a picnic. The pit was open near the garden. The Nedumbassery police have registered a case in the incident. The police will also investigate the fall.
Kochi: The High Court has asked MV Govindan to appear on 12th of this month in contempt of court for holding a party meeting by blocking the road. The court also directed the other leaders in the case to appear on the 10th.

Malappuram: Perinthalmanna police have registered a case against Najeev Kanthapuram MLA in the half-price fraud case that has spread across the state. The police took action on the complaint of Pulamanthol native Anupama. Sections including cheating have been charged against the MLA.
