The star was involved in a case connected with the land encroachment at Munnar. It was on June this year that the crime branch filed a case against him based on the information that he encroach a land area of 3 acres in the ‘Kambi line’ region of the ‘Aanaviratti’ village in 2008. He was warned by sending notice against violating the land protection law.
Anyhow Baburaj had his career graph steeped to great heights after two recent hits ‘SALT ‘N PEPPER’ and ‘MANUSHYAMRIGAM’…

Talented actress Padmapriya, whose ‘Nayika’ is yet to be released in Malayalam, is wishing to do an MA in Public Administration from the New York University. But she makes it clear that she is not leaving her career. “I will be coming back here for every break and will be doing movies during that time”, said Padmapriya.
She also said that “I am not a good actress. I have to do and learn more. I am comfortable doing glamorous roles and have no qualms going nude if the character demands it. I am not against the idea of looking sexy. But I don’t like women being looked at as mere objects of sex.”

Mammootty Shows The Way; “Say No To Liquor And Say No To Drugs”
Megastar Mammootty took a bold decision that he would try the best to avoid scenes consuming alcohol or drugs in his upcoming movies. He was at the releasing function of his documentary, “Say no to liquor and say no to drugs” by Hon. Chief Minister Oommen Chandy on Thursday.
Mammukka said that there are scenes and situations in which featuring of alcohols becomes unavoidable. He also said that directors like Priyadarshan (who was present at the function) are making them do so; hence they are to be questioned.
We can inspire from Mammukka’s words…Let’s pledge… “Say no to liquor and say no to drugs…”
Jayasurya As ‘Thaskaran Maniyan Pilla’
Jayasurya is back again with a different role… This time he is doing the role of a real character ‘Thaskaran Maniyan Pilla’.

Mohanlal Injured During Shoot
Superstar Mohanlal injured during the shooting of his big budget movie ‘Casanova’ at Bangkok. Without taking into account his injuries, he resumed the shooting within half an hour.
All went wrong while shooting a scene in which he has to chase a running man by riding his bike. The superstar was brave enough to go for the take himself, without using the dupe who was available. The bike slipped down from a height of 8 feet due to increased speed.
