Kochi: Students accused in the death of Pookode University student J.S. Siddharth has been allowed to continue their studies. The division bench upheld the order of the High Court’s single bench.
The court had directed that studies can be continued at the Mannuthy campus of the Veterinary University and that the registration procedures of the accused students for further studies be completed. The court had earlier ordered that the accused be shifted to the Mannuthy campus and that the examination fees be collected. The division bench rejected the veterinary university’s plea to stay the single bench order.
