SABARIMALA: The Travancore Devaswom Board (TDB) has announced that accommodation room booking at Sabarimala Sannidhanam will now be fully online. The Sabarimala online room booking for the upcoming Thulamasa Pooja opens tomorrow, October 7, 2026, at 7:00 AM IST.

To improve accessibility and streamline pilgrim services across all domains, the TDB has increased the daily room allocation for Sabarimala room booking online from 190 to 400 rooms per day. Previously, the remaining rooms were allotted manually via the accommodation office at Sannidhanam.

Key Updates for Sabarimala Online Accommodation

  • Increased Daily Quota: 400 rooms available daily via online reservation.
  • Sabari Guest House Access: 10 rooms at the Sabari Guest House, which previously operated exclusively as a protocol guest house, are now open for public online booking.
  • Official Booking Portal: Devotees must complete their TDB Sabarimala room booking strictly through the official website: www.onlinetdb.com.

Step-by-Step Guide: How to Complete Sabarimala Sannidhanam Room Booking

  1. Visit the Official Portal: Head to www.onlinetdb.com.
  2. Login or Register: Log in with your credentials or create a new user account if you are a first-time user.
  3. Select Accommodation: Navigate to the Sannidhanam Room Booking section.
  4. Choose Dates & Room: Select your preferred check-in date during the Thulamasa Pooja period and choose an available room option.
  5. Fill Pilgrim Details: Enter the required devotee details and upload a valid photo ID proof as prompted.
  6. Complete Payment: Proceed through the payment gateway to finalize your reservation.
  7. Download Booking Voucher: Download and print the confirmation voucher. You must present this slip at the Sannidhanam accommodation office upon arrival.

How to Handle Failed Transactions or Deductions

Due to heavy portal traffic, pilgrims might encounter technical glitches where money is debited from their accounts without a booking confirmation. In such cases, devotees can email their transaction details along with supporting documents to [email protected] for redressal and verification.
