Thiruvananthapuram: Cabinet decides no need for a complete lockdown in the state. The cabinet meeting held today decided not to declare a complete lockdown in the state. Earlier, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan had said that a complete lock-down would be considered in Kerala in the wake of rising COVID cases through contact.
