Mumbai: Rupee falls against the dollar in early trade. The rupee had opened at an all-time low of 77.81 against the dollar in yesterday’s trade. Experts attributed the slowdown to higher global crude oil prices, inflation, and a slump in the Indian stock market. Oil prices hit a 13-week high. The previous low was 77.79. The rupee ended higher by 77.78 against the dollar in yesterday’s trade.
