New Delhi: The Center has issued new guidelines for opening educational institutions in the country. The government has issued guidelines on the opening of educational institutions, including schools. The Ministry of Education has said that state governments can decide whether the consent of parents is required to open a school. The ministry also directed that arrangements be made to control congestion in the school premises and ensure physical distance.
