Bangalore: The lockdown in Karnataka has been extended for another two weeks given the expansion of Covid. Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa has said that the restrictions will continue till June 7. The current lockdown is set to end on May 24. Today, 32,218 new Covid cases have been confirmed in Karnataka. Of these, 9,591 cases were reported from Bangalore alone. Another 353 people have died from the disease, according to figures released by the Department of Health.
