Woman Police officer’s death; Accused Ajas succumbed to injuries

Alappuzha: The accused in woman police officer Soumya’s death at Vallikkunnam in Mavelikkara, Ajas succumbed to injuries. The Ajas was CPO in Aluva station was suspended yesterday for committing this crime.
More than 50% of burns were caused by Ajas kidney and lung function. Meanwhile, the burial of Soumya, who was killed by Ajas, will take place Thursday at Vallikkunnu. Ajas suspended from service; Health condition is critical, reports

Vallikkunnam: CPO at Aluva traffic station- N A Ajas, accused of murdering police officer Soumya, was suspended from service. Ernakulam Rural SP K. Karthik issued the order. The SP ordered to conduct a thorough investigation into the incident.
Meanwhile, the doctors have reported that the condition of Ajas has worsened. He is under treatment at ICU at Alappuzha Medical College. He got burned while set to fire Soumya. The doctors said that Ajas suffering from Pneumonia, from Tuesday night.
Muzaffarpur brain fever: death toll rises to 150

Three suicide bomb blasts kill at least 30 in Nigeria

Lagos: In Nigeria’s northeastern region, 30 people were killed in a suicide bomb blast. Three suicide bombs exploded in Maiduguri, the capital city of Borneo, in Nigeria.
About 40 people were injured. One of the suicide bombers was stopped by a building owner avoided a huge accident. Nine people died on the spot and the others died in the hospital. At the same time, no one takes responsibility for the attack.
Ayodhya terror attack: Four accused get life term; one acquitted

Allahabad: Four persons have been sentenced to life imprisonment in the 2005 Ayodhya terror attack case. The Allahabad special court awarded the death sentence. The fifth accused in the case was acquitted after being found not guilty. The accused were also fined Rs 2.4 lakh. Fourteen years after the Ayodhya terror attack, the special court in Prayag Raj ruled the case.
Seven people, including five Lashkar-e-Taiba militants were killed and three CRPF personnel were injured in the attack. UP police arrested Irfan, Aashiq Iqbal (Farooq), Shakeel Ahmed, Mohammed Naseem, and Mohammed Aziz.

On July 5, 2005, a temporary temple in the disputed area of Ayodhya was attacked. The terrorists, disguised as pilgrims, set off a bomb in a rented jeep and exploded. The quake struck at Sichuan Province around 10.55 pm local time. It is about 16 km deep underground. There were four further earthquakes struck in the region. The city of Yibin’s Chongqing and Gongxian counties are reported to be causing significant damage. Xinhua reported that buildings and homes in the city were damaged. Videos and pictures circulating on social media have been indicative of damage. Rescue operations are ongoing in the area. No further information has been released about the damages.
