According to the investigation report, the memory card containing the torture scenes, which is the evidence in the case of assault on the actress, was illegally checked. According to the report, the memory card was checked in three courts and District Principal Sessions Court Bench Clerk Mahesh Mohan checked the memory card against the law.

The district judge’s fact-finding report confirms survivor’s allegation that the memory card was checked illegally. The finding is against Angamaly Magistrate Leena Rasheed, District Judge PA Mahesh and Trial Court Shirastadaar Tajuddin. Survivor approached the High Court seeking cancellation of the fact-finding report protecting the culprits.

On 9/1/18 at 9.58 PM the memory card was verified by Angamaly Magistrate. On 13/12/18 the memory card was verified by the District Principal Sessions Court Bench Clerk. Bench Clerk Mahesh Mohan checked the memory card illegally. It is reported that Mahesh Mohan checked the memory card at 10.58 pm and saw the torture scenes on Shirastadar’s phone.

According to the investigation report, the Vivo phone that used the memory card belongs to Shirastadaar. According to the report, the torture scenes were seen on the phone of Shirastadar Tajuddin. The report also states that the memory card was used in the trial court in Shirastadar’s phone.

Although the report mentions illegal searches, their phones have not been taken into custody or action has been taken. Judge Honey M Varghese conducted the inquiry regarding the memory card. The information in the report submitted by him to the High Court has come out.

It was in this context that survivor again approached the High Court. It is alleged that the fact-finding report was to protect the colleagues and the evidence was taken into custody and not even sent for forensic examination.

It is alleged in the petition that the investigation was conducted illegally. Police assistance was not sought in the investigation. The inquiry defied the order to hear his side. It is also indicated in the petition that the High Court order was deliberately violated.

The fact finding was prescribed by the High Court. But survivor says that fact hiding was done. In the petition, Survivor suggests that the investigation report should be rejected and a criminal case should be registered immediately in the incident. The petition also demanded that a special team investigate the case under the supervision of the High Court.

Survivor demands that the court orders a police officer not below the rank of IG to investigate the case by canceling this investigation report, keeping her as the complainant aside. The High Court will consider the petition on Friday.

Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh’s three sons and two grandsons were killed in an Israeli airstrike in Gaza. Hazem, Amir and Muhammad are the children of Haniyeh who were killed. Haniyeh’s other grandson escaped with injuries. Our demands are clear and specific and we will not compromise on them. If the enemy thinks that targeting my children will force Hamas to change its position, it will be delusional,” Haniyeh told pan-Arab Al Jazeera TV.

Hania’s eldest son confirmed in a Facebook post that his three brothers were killed. “Thank God for honoring us with the martyrdom of my brothers Hasim, Amir, Muhammad and their children,” Abdul-Salam Haniyeh noted. Haniyeh, who is now in Qat, added that the blood of our children is not greater than the blood of our people. Haniyeh’s family home was also destroyed in an Israeli airstrike in November.
