The news was shared by Raveena’s mother and veteran dubbing artist, Sreeja Ravi, through a deeply moving social media post.
A Private Ceremony The wedding was a low-key affair, attended only by immediate family members and a few close friends. In her note, Sreeja Ravi explained that while it was a lifelong dream to celebrate this milestone with the many colleagues, celebrities, and technicians who have been part of her 50-year journey in the film industry, circumstances led to a quieter celebration.
An Emotional Moment Sreeja Ravi opened up about the emotional weight of the day, mentioning how difficult it was to organize the event without her late husband, Ravindranathan (Raviyettan). She shared that the wedding was finalized within a short span of time, and she did not have the emotional or physical strength to organize a grand celebration.
“Celebrating such a special occasion without my beloved husband Raviyettan left me deeply overwhelmed,” she wrote, while also apologizing to those she could not personally invite.
