After four days of intense negotiations and administrative deadlock, actor-turned-politician Vijay is set to become the next Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. The company has slashed the prices by up to Rs 75 lakh, proactively passing on the anticipated benefits of the upcoming India-UK Free Trade Agreement (FTA) to its customers.
Following the price revision, the top-of-the-line Range Rover SV will now start at Rs 3.50 crore (ex-showroom), down from its previous price tag of Rs 4.25 crore—a staggering reduction of Rs 75 lakh. Meanwhile, the performance-focused Range Rover Sport SV has seen a price drop of Rs 40 lakh, bringing its new starting price to Rs 2.35 crore, down from Rs 2.75 crore.
Alongside the price cuts, JLR has also enhanced the value of the Range Rover SV by including the SV Ultra Metallic paint options (in both gloss and satin finishes) as standard, which were previously paid options.
