Health department has filed a case against actress Mythili for appearing in the posters of smoking. She has recently acted in the film ‘Matinee with smoking scenes. This case has possibilities for getting imprisonment upto 2 years. Health department also filed case against the producer Prasanth Narayanan and director Anish Upasana. Health Department also removed the posters of the film ‘Matinee’ from the places near to Cotton Hill school, Trivandrum
