The grand finale of Miss Kerala 2011 was held at Le Meridien Convention Centre,Cochin on 8th october 2011.The event was held by Impresario Event Management India Ltd.20 talented young girls were shortlisted for the finale.

Liz Thadikkaran was judged Miss Kerala 2011.Shruthi Nair and Maria John became the first and second runners up respectively.The Judges for the finale were Poornima Indrajith,Shan Muttathil,Asmita Marwa,Neha Hinge,Arshina Trivedi,Roshan Abbas And Director Siddhique
