The charming actress Nitya Menon will be seen in the new movie, “Thalsamayam Oru Penkutti”. The story of the movie is based on Jim Carrey’s, “The Truman Show”. The movie has got a different plot, showing the daily life a girl based on a reality show. The movie has been almost completed and has turned out a real stage for Nitya to perform. The movie is been directed by T K Rajeev and scrippted by the duo, Sunny Joseph and Manuel George. Unni Mukundan, Swetha Menon, Siddique, Suraj Venjarummood, Maniyan Pilla Raju, Tini Tom and Baburaj will be seen in the supporting roles. Sarath is composing music for the movie. Another attracting feature of the movie is that, it is being captured using a F3 camera in digital format.

Chacha Neharu our beloved first prime minister’s birth day.On this day Aswathy Seva Kendra, a Charitable society working under the leadership of Swami Aswathy Thirunal for the enlightening the children in art , craft, literature and film technology in union with Indian children film society in conducting a film festival with an aim to introduce the film, art, craft and technology to the children of rural Kerala, Ottappalam,Palakkad.

Indian children’s film society is presenting seven internationally famous children’s films erealed by the society. The film festival is to be held at Kalluvazhi Sabari Aided Upper Primary School on Now.12,13 and 14. This is going to be first Mega fest to be conducted to benefit the children from rural Kerala.Ottappalam can be termed as the film capital of Kerala as this is the most favorite shooting location of Malayalam film industry .Pallakkad is the birth place of many famous Malayalam film personalities also.The festival intends to encourage the hidden talents of children in film making and script writing.
