Flights were delayed due to heavy rains in Kuwait. But the airport did not stop operating. The Kuwait-Thiruvananthapuram Air India Express flight on Sunday was canceled. Education Minister Ali al-Mudaf said there would be no classes on Monday in schools and universities. School exams scheduled for Monday have been postponed.
