Kerala Chief Minister’s Toll-Free Number has been introduced

Thiruvananthapuram: The toll-free number 1076 has been set up to contact the Chief Minister’s Public Grievance Redressal System. You can call directly from a landline or mobile.

Callers from outside Kerala should enter the code 0471 and those from outside the country should add the code +91.

The service will be available from 10.15 am to 5.15 pm on weekdays. Works on second Saturdays and local holidays. Currently, there is an 11 digit toll-free number 1800 425 7211.

Know the status of complaints and applications filed. Complaints can be reported if there is a delay in making a decision or dissatisfaction with the action taken. Callers will receive an SMS with a link to record the response.

You can enter comments and rankings on it. Complaints can be made directly to the Public Grievance Redressal Officer and the status quo of the complaint can be ascertained.
