Kochi: The verdict in the anticipatory bail application filed by actor Dileep in the case of conspiracy to assassinate the investigating officers in the case of attacking the actress was given on Monday. The case is being heard in the High Court. The court will issue its verdict on the bail application at 10.15 am on Monday.
However, Dileep told the court that he had fully co-operated with the investigation. Dileep said that Balachandra Kumar can make as many audio clips as he wants. Police were asked to confess. Despite 33 hours of questioning, police found nothing. Dileep said that if found in custody, the police would find any device with false evidence.
However, the prosecution argued in court that there was no connection between DySP Baiju Paulos and director Balachandra Kumar and that actor Dileep was not eligible for bail.
