Thiruvananthapuram: The liquor shops in the state will not be opened in the wake of coronavirus. The decision was taken on the instructions of Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. The decision was taken at a meeting to discuss the exemptions that would be granted in the event of the state going into phase III lockdown.
