Kochi: Police investigation report says there was no coup in Brahmapuram fire. The temperature at the base of the landfill continues to be high. Therefore, there is still a possibility of fire in the plant, says the report.
Yesterday evening, City Police Commissioner K Sethuraman forwarded the report to the DGP through e-mail. The report also mentioned that a detailed investigation is in progress to ascertain whether the coup took place. The forensic report of the sample of the burnt waste and the satellite images and report of the fire site is crucial in the case. According to the report handed over by the commissioner, it is not possible to reach a final decision based on this report.
