Kochi: The CBI has found that the complaint that Oommen Chandy molested the young woman at Cliff House in the highly controversial Solar molestation case is a baseless allegation. There is no evidence that Oommen Chandy was tortured in the Cliff House. He did not come to the Cliff House on the day when the complaint was made by the complainant. The CBI report says there is no circumstantial evidence or witness statements for this.
Also, the CBI report says that Abdullah Kutty was raped in the Muscat hotel, which is a false allegation and the complainant tried to create false evidence.
Moreover, in the CBI report, the complainant tried to fabricate false evidence against KC Venugopal in the solar harassment case. According to the CBI report, the complainant tried to pretend that KC Venugopal had paid money to change her statement.
With this, the CBI acquitted the accused in all the cases handed over by the government.
