Srinagar: Two Lashkar-e-Taiba militants have been killed in a clash with security forces in the Danmar region of Jammu and Kashmir. Two CRPF jawans were injured. The encounter took place during a search operation conducted by the security forces in the morning following a tip-off. Kashmir IG Vijay Kumar said 78 militants have been killed so far this year.
Meanwhile, the presence of drones was again detected in Jammu and Kashmir. The drones were spotted at four locations in the Jammu and Samba region. The drone was first spotted in the Ramgarh area around 8 pm last night. The drone was later spotted in Samba, Hiranagar, and Miran Sahib. Following this, the security forces launched an investigation.
