Thrisur: Permission for fireworks-related to Thrissur Pooram. The Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization has permitted the sample firing and Pooram firing. Earlier it was decided to hold Thrissur Pooram with strict Covid restrictions. People will be admitted only after inspection. Admission is limited to those over 45 years of age who have been vaccinated. Those below 45 years of age are required to show a Covid Negative Certificate. Admission is limited to those who test negative for RTPCR.
