A notice was issued to Congress president Rahul Gandhi by the Supreme Court. In response to the referendum on April 20 in rafale, Meenakshi Lekhi filed the petition.
In the case of Rahul Gandhi had earlier made statement defaming Prime Minister Narendra Modi. His remarks were out of the judgment of the court.
