Kathirur Manoj murder: Supreme Court rejects CBI’s request to change the trial

New Delhi: The Supreme Court rejected the CBI’s request to change the trial in the Katirur Manoj murder case. It is suggested that the proceedings of the case should be completed within four months. The court also criticized the CBI demand as being politically motivated.
The court said that the proceedings of the case should be completed within four months and criticized the CBI for prolonging the case. A bench of Justice Krishna Murari and Justice Ravindra Bhat pointed out that the court is not in favor of changing the case.
