Srinagar: At least 16 people have been killed in floods in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu following heavy rains. 21 people are missing. The search for them continues. The village of Honsar in Jammu’s Kishtwar district was devastated by the floods. In addition, heavy rains lashed two places in Kargil, Ladakh.
