Bangalore: Four Keralites were killed in a road accident in Yellapur, North Karnataka. Patmakshi Amma (86) from Tripunithura, her children Harindranath Nair (62), Rabindranath Nair (58) and Rabindranath’s wife Pushpa R. Nair, 54, died in the accident.
The accident happened at 6 am yesterday. The Maruti Ignis car they were traveling in collided with a lorry. All four died at the scene. The car is completely wrecked.
Rabindranath Nair, and Pushpa works in Delhi. Relatives rushed to the spot after learning about the accident. The bodies were taken to Yellapur Government hospital mortuary.
