Four hockey players killed in road accident in Madhya Pradesh

Hoshangabad: Four hockey players who went for the Dhyan Chand Trophy match was killed in a road accident. Three injured. The car they were traveling in collided with a tree.

The accident occurred at around 7 am on National Highway 69 in Raipur village. The accident occurred when the car they were traveling in collided with a vehicle coming from the opposite direction. The accident happened on the way back to Dhyan Chand after a birthday party of one of his friends.

All the dead are between 18 and 22 years old. The deceased is Shahnawaz, Adarsh Hardua, Ashish Lal and Anikeet Varun from Indore.

Shan Gladwin, Sahil Shore, and Akshay Awasthi were injured. They have been admitted to the Narmada Apna Hospital.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath offered condolences on the incident.
