According to the Reserve Bank of India holiday calendar, banks in the country will be closed for 12 days in June. This holiday includes local and national holidays. This will include two and four Saturdays and Sundays. However, these holidays vary on a state-by-state basis. Bank holiday is eight days in Kerala. Meanwhile, there will be no disruption to online transactions even on holidays.

June 1- Lok Sabha Elections (Holiday in Shimla only)
June 2, 9, 16, 23, 30- Sunday
June 8 – Second Saturday, June 22 – Fourth Saturday
June 10- Guru Arjun Dev Martyrdom Day (Holiday in Punjab)
June 15- Holiday in Mizoram (YMA Day) and Odisha (Raja Sankranti).
June 17- Bakrid (holiday in all states except Mizoram, Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh)
June 18- Bakrid (Holiday in Jammu and Srinagar only)
