Panaji: Famous painter Laxman Pai has passed away. He was 96 years old. He died at his residence in Goa on Sunday evening. Born in 1926, Pai has been honored by the country with the Padma Bhoon and the Padma Shri. He has won the Nehru Award and the Lalithakala Academy Award.
