Srinagar: The government has lifted restrictions on Jammu and Kashmir. The curfew was withdrawn in all the twenty-two districts of the state during the day.

 However, mobile phone control will continue. The release of house arrest leaders is yet to be decided. Control will be continuing overnight.

Meanwhile, the apex court has decided to hear the arguments on October 1 in the petitions against the repeal of Article 370 of the Indian Constitution. The five-member Constitution Bench is hearing. The petitions will be considered by a constitutional bench chaired by Justice NV Ramana.

Article 370, which granted special status to Jammu and Kashmir, was repealed on August 5.  In 1954, Article 370 of the Jammu and Kashmir was added to the Constitution of India.

The first phase of the project will be implemented in 12 stations – Jaipur, Ajmer, Jodhpur, Bikaner, Abu Road, Udaipur City, Durgapura, Alwar, Rewari, and Gandhinagar.

For install, the app first has must complete the registration process by downloading the UTS app from the Google Play Store. Then log in and click on the Book Ticket menu and scan the QR Code. Once the name of the departure station is shown, you can complete the process by paying the station name of the destination.

There are vacant seats in each state of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. The by-election will be held following the death of former finance minister Arun Jaitley and senior Supreme Court lawyer and former Union minister Ram Jethmalani.

Arun Jaitley died on August 24. He was 66 and had been undergoing treatment for kidney problems for more than two years. He was in AIIMS for 15 days. Ram Jethmalani passed away on September 7, following a prolonged illness.

Agartala: Woman abducted and gang-raped in Tripura. Police have arrested six people in connection with the incident. This is the second such incident in the state in the last two months.

The woman, who was returning home from the hospital in an autorickshaw at around 9 pm on Wednesday after showing the baby in the hospital was abducted and raped, her husband said in the police complaint.
