New Delhi: In all the 21 constituencies in Delhi In many places, the lead level is below 1000 votes. The Aam Aadmi Party is leading in 62 seats with a clear lead. The BJP is leading in 8 seats. Earlier, the BJP had come up to 22 seats.

However, deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia is finally getting the back seat of the Ganja seat. The Aam Aadmi Party, with its full expectation of success, has started cheering in many places. Congress does not even lead in one seat.

The BJP has not given up hope despite the first results of the Delhi Assembly polls. BJP leaders have said that the AAP’s lead in many seats is too low and will change. BJP leaders say the lead is less than 1,000 votes in at least one of the 21 constituencies. They say this will change as the counting progresses and the final result will be favorable to the BJP.

Delhi BJP president Manoj Tiwari shared this hope when he met the media. Tiwari said he was not disappointed with the initial results. In the end, the BJP will win, he added.

New Delhi: The Supreme Court upheld the amendment to the law, made by the central government. The central government made an amend on a Supreme Court verdict which alleged that the Prevention of Violence against the Scheduled Castes Act was weakened. A Bench of Justices Arun Mishra, Vineet Saran and Ravindra Bhatt confirmed the amendment.

On March 20, 2018, the Supreme Court ruled that government officials should not be arrested without preliminary inquiries into complaints under the SC / ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The Supreme Court also held that there should not be a situation where the accused cannot be granted bail in these cases. The verdict was pointed out to the widespread misuse of SC and ST legislation.

Amid widespread protests, the central government was pushing for amendments to the ruling. On September 30, 2019, the Supreme Court upheld the old provisions in the review petition filed by the central government against the controversial verdict.

Chennai: The announcement of a political party headed by South Indian film star Rajinikanth is likely to be in April. Though the party’s name has not been released yet, an official announcement will be made anytime after April 14, a top official of the Rajni Sakshi Mantra said. The party’s name will be released two years after its political entry on December 31, 2017.

Though the exact date has not been decided, the party’s name will be announced in April, said Maniyan, who will decide on Rajni’s routine. The party’s first meeting will be held in August. After the first week of September, Rajni will tour the state extensively to explain her political agenda. The current wind is favorable and the current political developments have shaken the DMK and AIADMK, ”he added.

There will be a rainbow coalition in Tamil Nadu with the backing of the PMK, Vijayakanth’s DMDK and Vaiko’s MDMK, who has won 19 percent of the votes in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections. Maniyan, meanwhile, did not comment on whether he would ally with the BJP. He said Rajinikanth would explain this to him and he fears that the alliance with Dinakaran would have a negative impact.

Maniyan refused to divulge the names of the people, despite discussions with some leaders from other parties. Meanwhile, the PMK, which is an ally of the IIADMK and the NDA, is with Rajinikanth and is awaiting a further reply from the parties.

The Tamil Nadu assembly elections will be held next year. Earlier, there were reports that Rajinikanth’s political inclination was towards the BJP and he was influenced by Chennai-based RS leader S. Gurumurthy. There are reports that Tamil Nadu Maniyan will play the role of a political strategist.
