Rafah: Israeli airstrikes on a refugee camp in the safe zone of southern Gaza. 71 people were killed and 289 injured in the attack on al-Mawasi refugee camp west of Khan Yunis. The Gaza Ministry of Health informs that the condition of many of the injured is very serious.
The spokesperson of the Gaza Civil Defense said that the Israeli warplanes targeted the temporary shelters and the water distillation unit of the Palestinians. Al Jazeera reported that the Israeli army dropped five bombs and five missiles on the area. The injured were admitted to Nasser and Kuwait hospitals.
