Doha: Fans without match tickets are allowed to enter Qatar from tomorrow. This was issued by the Ministry of Interior of Qatar. Fans without match tickets can enter Qatar by providing a Haya card, a booked hotel reservation, and a fee of 500 Qatari Riyals.
