Beirut: Ten people have been killed in an explosion in Raqqa in Syria. This is reported by local media in the country. More people were injured in the explosion. The first explosion occurred on the roadside in the city. The second one was a suicide attack, took place on the Namin, according to a British-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
