Three Officials Suspended Over Delay in Disbursing Teacher’s Salary in Pathanamthitta

In Pathanamthitta, three government officials have been suspended for their failure to ensure the timely disbursement of salary and related benefits to a teacher at St. Joseph HSS, Naranganam. The action was taken by the Department of Public Education, and the announcement was made through the official Facebook page of Education Minister V. Sivankutty. According to the preliminary report submitted by the Director of Public Instruction, the negligence of the staff was evident. Consequently, the Pathanamthitta District Education Office’s PA, Mr. Anilkumar N.G., Superintendent Mr. Firoz S., and Section Clerk Mrs. Bini R. have been placed under suspension under Rule 10(1)(m) of the Kerala Civil Services Rules, 1960, pending further investigation.
