Kochi: The Kerala Government’s stand in Sprinklr is dangerous, says High Court of Kerala. Privacy is important in the Sprinklr draft. The method of selecting Sprinklr is not described in the documents. No shortlist is provided anywhere in this regard. The court said that they do not hide the matters.
The court repeated that do not tension about the data.
Meanwhile, the Government replied that according to Epidemic ordinance data collection is allowed. So far the data of five lakh people were collected.
The petitioners also informed the court that the government did not disclose the privacy policy of Sprinklr.
