Kochi: The Kerala High Court has dismissed MLA Shaun George’s plea seeking copies of a diary and related documents seized by SFIO in the CMRL salary case. The court ruled that these records cannot be handed over to him. CMRL had earlier petitioned to block the lower court’s directive to share the documents.
