New Delhi: The President’s Police Medals have been announced ahead of the Republic Day celebrations.
A total of 662 police medals have been announced from each state in India. 10 persons from Kerala received Police Medal for Distinguished Service.
From Kerala, IGC Nagaraju, Deputy Superintendent Mohammad Kabir Rauthar, Deputy Superintendent Venugopalan Rajagopalan Krishna, Deputy Commandant Shyam Sunder, Deputy Superintendent B Krishnakumar, SP Jayashankar Ramesh Chandran, Senior Civil Police Officer Sheeba Krishnankutty Ayyanchira, Sajan Kunjeliparambil, and Assistant Sub-Inspector Sasikumar Laxman received the medal.
