Kochi: In a key leadership transition, V-Guard Industries has appointed Mithun K. Chittilappilly as its new Chairman and Managing Director.
Mithun, who has been serving as the company’s Managing Director since 2012, was elevated to the position of Chairman by the Board of Directors following the completion of the term of Radha Unni, the outgoing Independent Director and Chairperson.
