Solar Scam case; The verdict was postponed to March 23

Kozhikode: The verdict in the solar scam case has been postponed to March 23. The verdict was changed by the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court. The three accused in the case include Biju Radhakrishnan and Saritha S Nair. However, the case was adjourned after considering the High Court order not to arrest Saritha for two weeks.

The case alleges that Team Solar frauded Abdul Majeed, owner of the Kozhikode Associated Steels Yard, of Rs 42.70 lakh by promising to provide a Malabar regional franchise for the supply of solar panels, lamps, and water heaters.
Biju Radhakrishnan and Saritha S Nair are the one and two accused. The third accused is B Manimon, a native of Kodungallur, who is accused of forging documents.
