Thiruvananthapuram: The Central Meteorological Department has warned of heavy rains with thunder in ten districts in the next three hours. Isolated showers are expected in Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Idukki, Kottayam, Alappuzha, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Malappuram, and Palakkad districts. A yellow alert has been issued in four districts of the state. The yellow alert is in Kottayam, Kozhikode, Kannur, and Kasaragod districts. A yellow alert has been issued in Idukki, Malappuram, Kozhikode, Kannur, and Kasaragod districts tomorrow. The Central Meteorological Department has forecast strong winds of 40 to 50 kmph along the Kerala-Karnataka Lakshadweep coast from tomorrow to Tuesday.
