Kochi: The state government has issued an order granting compensation to the owners of the Maradu flat. 6.15 crore to 34 flat owners. The government had earlier announced that compensation will be given on October 25.
A total of 23 people who were eligible for compensation filed their affidavits in the Marad municipality yesterday. Besides, 38 flat owners had already filed affidavits in this regard. Justice K Balakrishnan Nair Committee recommended Nash compensation for 107 flat owners.
