Anjushree’s death is suicide; The chemical test results show that rat poison has been ingested

Kasargod: Anjushree Parvathi’s death in Kasargod Perumbala Benur was due to rat poison. The final post-mortem report also confirmed that the death was not due to food poisoning. In the Kozhikode Forensic Lab, it was confirmed that the death was due to the ingestion of rat poison.

19-year-old Anjushree died on January 7. Kasargod district police chief Vaibhav Saxena said that the girl committed suicide. Kasaragod district police chief Vaibhav Saxena said that a suicide note was found in the house and that Anjushree’s death was a suicide.

On December 31, the girl’s relatives had lodged a complaint with the Melparamp police stating that Anjushree had died after eating a parcel of ground meat bought from Bayal Al Romance Hotel near Kasargod. The subsequent investigation confirmed that the death was not due to food poisoning.
