Kochi: The court directed to take into custody Vipin Lal, the approver in the case of attacking the actress. The court ordered the investigating officer. Meanwhile, the jail superintendent has also been directed to appear in court with the documents of Vipin Lal’s release. The court had heard detailed arguments regarding the release of approver Vipin Lal from jail before the trial.
By law, the approver should not be released from prison until the trial is over. However, the release of Vipin Lal while he was lodged in Viyyur Jail drew the attention of the court.
